Beef Sauce

 

Great beef taste.

Sample Recipe:
BEST-EVER ONION SOUP

2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 large onions, thinly sliced
2 14 1/2 oz cans beef broth
3 Tbsp CATTLEMEN'S CHOICE BEEF SAUCE SPICE BLEND
1 large bay leaf
2 large minced cloves garlic
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Seasoned Croutons or garlic toast
3/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Heat oil in saucepan. Add onions, cook until lightly browned. Add beef broth, Cattlemen's Choice Beef Sauce Spice Blend, bay leaf, garlic and pepper, bring to a boil, stirring. Cover and lower heat, simmer 15 minutes. Remove bay leaf, stir in Parmesan cheese. Spoon into bowls, garnish with garlic toast and Mozzsarella cheese. Place under broiler until cheese is melted.
