Cajun Blend

 

Spicy Southern taste.

Sample Recipe:
SIZZLIN' HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN BITES

1/2 spicy brown mustard
3 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tsbp red wine vinegar
2 crushed and minced garlic cloves
1 1/2 tsp SIZZLIN' SUNSET CAJUN SPICE BLEND
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves cut into l inch pieces

Blend mustard, honey, ketchup, vinegar, garlic and Sizzlin' Sunset Cajun Spice Blend in a medium bow. Set aside 1/4 cup of mix. Add chicken, toss to coat, cover and refrigerate for 60 min. Oil baking dish, place chicken in a single layer in dish. Bake for 20 min at 425 degrees. Turn and bake 5 more min or until cooked. Serve with reserved sauce as a dip.
