Fantastic Salsa Spice Blend

Sample Recipe:
BORDER BANDITO'S SALSA (l quart)

14 1/2 ounce can Diced Tomatoes with green chiles
15 ounce can tomato sauce
1 cup diced onions
2 tablespoons BORDER BANDITO'S SALSA SPICE BLEND
2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro, or to taste (optional)
2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped, or to taste (optional)

Blend all ingredients in a bowl, and refrigerate 1 hour minimum. Will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.

OPTIONS: For a milder salsa, use Mexican Stewed Tomatoes and omit diced tomatos with green chiles. For a hotter salsa use habanero chili peppers in place of the jalapeno peppers. Add l
tablespoon lime juice for a sharper flavor.
